About

My name is Linda.

I am a transplant from New York. Born in Brooklyn – raised up and out of Queens and landed in Cali. I am the eldest daughter of three siblings – my baby brother, Wil Jr. and sister (angel in heaven), Wanda. I am a fabulous auntie to my niece and nephews, and a fairy godmother to all the young folks I’ve helped nurture, influence, tutor and today still mentor in my life. I am a ferociously loyal friend to my tribe. I could not be all this, if it were not for the Lord who continues to feed and fulfill His purpose in my life.

I am an administrator at heart and have made a very successful career at serving, planning and executing in the non-profit and for profit business worlds. I inherited a strong work ethic from my parents. The result is I have rarely started any meaningful task or goal that has not been completed to the best of my abilities.

I have accomplished a few great goals. On the other hand, there have been some heartbreaking hurts – broken relationships, failed marriages, questioning my faith, losing myself in pleasing others, gaining back the lost weight, mismanaged finances, and tragic losses in my family and by-gone friendships. Life is real! Life is happening!

Today, I am enjoying me. I am daily filling my faith-tank. I commit time in reading the Bible, in prayer and reflection. I am taking time to learn Linda the way God sees me. Step along with me as I walk this journey called my life. I invite you to peep into my open book. I’ll be recalling some moments of joy, cheer, disappointments and loneliness while sharing candid insights to what keeps me living my life, choosing gratitude and consistently recognizing how blessed I am.

Welcome to now what, Linda?
